The pizza was fine (it’s cheap, but you’re not going to Little Caesars for quality) but my experience with ordering at this location was awful. I waited 30 minutes in line to get to the window to find out that the pretzel pizzas could only be ordered online. Whatever, that’s on me; I should’ve looked into that first, I guess. I pull off to the side and put my order in online.

The management here is intolerable with how they operate this store. It’s dirty they only allow you so many pizzas and they never honor my credit when they give me one and I try to use it. I wish they would completely overhaul this store and see what a well oiled machine with good management and customer service can do. It might be nice to see a profit instead of just pay to keep just the drive thru window open mostly!… we really need to make a stand or we will loose all are little gems we come love and miss because we don’t fight for them and the standards they started and need to be held to.

We went to buy pizza for our kids, and when we got home we noticed that the cheese pizza and cheesy bread was old and hard. I went back up there with my receipt to switch them out because my kid couldn’t even bite into it. I think the manager was working the drive thru window but I’m not sure. She asked to see it, and went to talk to other staff. I could tell that she was frustrated. She came back to tell me that they’re all coming out like that, and had an attitude with me. She hands me the pizza and hits the receipt on top of the pizza box. We kept the pepperoni pizza because it was fine. I’m not after anybodies job, but she does need to work on her customer service skills. We will not be back.

After a 15min wait just to get to the order window, I was told the “Hot & Ready” pizza I ordered would take 15min. 40min later, another customer (who was waiting longer than me) approached the door and tried to get someone’s attention. After explaining she was upset with the wait, the crew member went in & retrieved her order (with no apologies or offers to make it right). The crew member then asked me what my order was. I reminded her & she said she’d be right out. 15min later I was knocking on the door & was told my thin crust pizza would be out in 10min. I advised thats not what I ordered, & reminded them again of my order. I stated it would be nice to get a free dessert for the inconvenience, to which I was rudely told by the manager I could have a free order of crazy bread or a refund (and that’s all she can do). Crazy bread costs the same or more than the dessert item. 5min later she came out with my order, a free order of crazy bread, and an extra pizza. There is only 2 of us in my home, so this was a waste, but I accepted it because after over an hour wait I was done. As I was getting in my car, a man who had been sitting inside almost the WHOLE time waiting for his food came out with 2 of those little lunch order boxes. He told me they apparently lost his order & gave him cheese bread. When I got home (which is only 3min from this location) I found that not only was the pizza I supposedly waited for to be cooked fresh was cold, it was also burnt & uncut. Additionally, the pretzel crust had no salt on it. I pulled into the drive thru at 6:45pm & left at 7:56pm. Not worth the wait. This crew needs discipline, management needs empowerment training (to recover for guest issues), & they all need customer service training. Get it together.

For 6 bucks is pretty good. Little Caesars has made a niche for themselves with a quick drive-through hot and ready pizza. Most evenings you can swing by and pick up a pepperoni pizza within a few minutes for about 6 bucks. They do have more than just a pepperoni pizza but you will have to wait for it just like most pizza places. They also have garlic bread, cheesy bread, and chicken wings. If you’re in the mood for pizza and need something quick and very reasonably priced this is the spot.

It’s ALWAYS drive through only. I received the order through Doordash and it took me 10 minutes to get here, sat in the drive-through another 25 minutes, and when I FINALLY get to the window they say it’ll be another 10-15 minutes! What is really going on?!!! The staff is busy out back playing around like a bunch a children. Save yourself a headache and LOTS of time and go somewhere else
