We had a wonderful breakfast at Cracker Barrel this morning 8/20. Our waitress was mrs Abigail. She was very attentive and kind. I mentioned that it was my birthday and at the end of our meal she brought me a cake with a candle. So incredibly sweet of her. She had no idea how much I needed that this morning. I can’t remember that last time I blew out a candle on my birthday or have had a cake that was not made by me. Being a busy mom and running around making sure everyone else is taken care of can be a little stressful. This little gesture that Mrs Abigail did has brought so much joy to my heart this morning ❤️

This visit was one of the better visits. Food was fresh and hot. The biscuits were fresh and fluffy. Service was pretty quick. Waitress was new, told us that upfront when asked about menu item. Honesty is always a plus. Even getting doggie bag, food was good.

The strawberry cheesecake pancakes are so good. We were seated immediately, but it took about 20 minutes before our drink order was taken. Everyone they came to the table went on about how busy and behind they were, but the dining room looked pretty empty. The food came fairly quickly but refills were few and far between. They forgot the syrup for my pancakes, we asked three different times and it was never brought. There was so much flavor in the pancakes, though, that I ate thum without and still loved them. The server was very friendly and personable but seemed somewhat scattered. For atmosphere, it looked exactly like every other cracker barrel, which is dusty and old. Overall, there were some service issues but we all enjoyed our food and would have no issues returning to this location.

This restaurant and it’s chain are awesome. I’m sure there are bad apples out there, but I haven’t found one yet. This store specifically rings out because of the service. My stepfather is deaf and was treated to being able to order his own food as the server was fluent in sign language. Little things like that are huge to some folk and to me it is a clear representation of the brand itself.

I really enjoyed my stop here at this Cracker Barrel. The food was delicious! I ordered a breakfast with sausage, biscuit, gravy, eggs, hashbrowns and mashed potatoes. Customer service was excellent and kind. Restaurant was nice and clean. I will be coming back here again!

Unknown Deity
I went in to get some grub and a collectible. The collectible was in stock and the staff was so kind. Waiter was amazing. But when it came to my dinner, the food I had come there for just wasn’t there for me. Lacked flavor, tasted plain. The manager I spoke to, let me know the country fried steak was frozen, makes sense it tasted like something I could have gotten at Walmart frozen and made at home. Not very kind, he wasn’t rude but seemed like in a bad mood. He did take it off the bill. So this is a review for the food mostly, I thought this was a spot to get homemade style food and I guess I was wrong. I’d come back for a snack and collectibles but not for a full meal.

Quite literally the WORST Cracker Barrel we have ever been to. First, when we finally got seated, there was tip money left on the table. The server, “I don’t know their name” so I will describe them as a heavyset male with glasses and a ponytail, came to the table and I gave him the money that was there when we sat down. He then proceeded to make a face like “huhm” and COUNTED the money right there before putting it in his pocket. After he took our drink order, another server came to the table and said they would be our server, so it appeared obvious that the first guy was just stealing tips.
