Was driving by and decided to try this restaurant. The place was half full. I sat outside because it was a bit chilly inside. The chips and salsa were delish. I ordered 2 tamales and chips ‘n cheese for dinner. The food came quickly and was hot(temperature hot)! Our server was pleasant and kept our drinks full. I would definitely go back. Yummers!

I only gave a full star because it didn’t let me give half star. I will NEVER go back there. Masks are no longer required but inside on a bench the have a sign that say’s “Due to the current situation we ask that customer’s wait outside were only allowing 4 people inside at a time”. No one was onside & the girl asked my husband to wait outside! Rude & unprofessional!

First time here, during lunch, and I wasn’t impressed. Place was clean and moving. Food was good but nothing to write home about. The lunch menu sucks!! Not clear at all… they need to have items that are available to order on there for customers to select what they want. It felt like they wanted to force me to order one of their specials and that was it. Also, we get our drinks and no straws… it took about 3 minutes before we got them from a different server. Side note: it happened to other patrons as well!! O may come back to see if it was a one-off but it won’t be soon… too many good options in the center.

We were seated as soon as we arrived… The service is quick. Our food came out a little slower than usual but the orders were correct. I had the green chile pork. The pork and sauce were flavorful. The portion was a good size for me but I am a small portion type of girlie. The price of a meal has increased… I ate half of my food and took the rest home.

Disappointed. Ordered a Chicken Tostada from the take out shop, service was great, fast . But when I got back to work the “crunchy” corn tortilla on the bottom was totally soggy, the take-out container was full of water(from the salsa?) and the chicken had no flavor what so ever. Bummer I’ve had these many times and they are usually good!

Can you give less than 1 star? I would if I could. I will never eat at any of their restaurants again, completely based on their customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. I took my complaint to the corporate offices because of a mistake THEY made. This after the store manager insisted they didn’t make a mistake. Spoke to his manager, Tom, worst customer service I have ever seen. He was condescending and bullying. Treated me like an idiot. Then I insisted on speaking to his superior, Michael at the corporate office, he was nicer, but still, after three days of “investigation” wouldn’t make it right. They went to so much time and trouble to “prove” that they are right and to save themselves from refunding me $70.00 they overcharged me. This was after leaving them a $25 tip at pickup. If they are correct and I received and paid for a full tray of meat when I ordered a 1/2 of a tray, don’t go by the number of servings their catering menu suggests. I ordered a 1/2 tray of meat, it served 27 people with very little left overs. But, they told me that I received a full tray of meat which the menu said would serve 50-60 people. I should have had a ton of leftovers. Even after pointing that out, they still say I received the full tray of meat. I remember when a customer was treated nicely. But, they sure are loyal to their employees, because supposedly they don’t make mistakes. Lesson learned by me! Super Mex may have good shredded beef tacos, but they have the WORST customer service!

Got food right before they closed bad idea. The food was horrible I got ground beef enchiladas. First the meat was Raw. That’s gross raw ground beef. I could have gotten very sick. The food had no flavor. I want my money back! And I’m calling corporate office. Never Again

Been coming here for over 20 years. Prices have competitively risen with the times and Service has changed with many new faces. Great to see some of the same servers still working here too. Still great service and great food. We will definitely continue to return.

Ordered taquitos and the meat had no flavor. Like if they boiled it in just water only with no ingredients or salt. Meat was tender but no taste. And don’t order guacamole. For$13 kind of deluded not pure. Service was good though.
