Order took almost an hour to get. Floor was so sticky I thought I was going to lose my shoes. Only one employee seemed to care. You could hear a female in the back cussing and carrying on while making fun of people’s orders the entire time. Way overpriced for the service and product

Stopped Friday after work I was in the drive thru line every bit of 20 minutes and that was only 3 cars. Got the new ribeye sandwich for$9.00 and that’s just the sandwich. It looks nothing at all like what they advertise. Even smaller than a regular roast beef. What a waste of my money and time

My husband and I went to this restaurant. We were only customers in the building. Cashier acted like we were a inconvenience. The restaurant was dirty. Shoes felt and sounded like they stuck to the floor, condiment/drink station was filthy with food and everything scattered. We get our food my sandwich was not all the way in wrapper. Our food was cold and thrown together. The team does not seem to take pride in their job or restaurant. We will never go back again.

There were no napkins in the store, the employees were cutting straps off of a roll of brown paper towels so that the customers would have something to wipe their mouth with.

Last week I received a fish sandwich with very little tarter sauce, I was contacted and my order was refunded and they remade my order this week. The sandwich this week had less tarter sauce than the original one. I am not aware of a tarter sauce shortage, so not really sure why they are hoarding it.
