Extremely disappointed in the delivery and management service tonight. I have been ordering here for 6 years. Delivery driver left the pizza/dinner on my porch 40 seconds after she rang the doorbell which my wife and I did not hear. 20 minutes go to check the door and I find my pizza on the floor with ants in it. Called to talk to management and Stacy says all she would do is send me another pie. Honestly I didn’t want to wait another hour for delivery and she offered me no other response other than she will talk to the driver. No offer to refund my money or anything. Never ordering from here again! Good luck Fusilli. Your food has been going down hill lately anyway. Clearly your customer service and management as well!

I have celiac, so finding a good place for gluten free food is a challenge. I’ve ordered a couple of times from Fusilli. Today my order was delivered by Door Dash a half hour before they close and the food was completely wrong. Not gluten free and one meal completely different than I ordered out of 3. Not quite sure what happened there. I called and the manager told me to throw away the food and they would remake it and deliver it to me themselves. 40 minutes later (I live about 20 min from their location, not quite in the delivery area) my food was here. It was all delicious, as I’ve come to expect their food to be. Fair warning, 3 times I’ve ordered they have put free bread in my bag. I called and was told the triangle bread is not gluten free. I think it’s odd to put regular bread in a completely gluten free order, but just be warned before you eat the bread. If you have celiac and are unsure of anything just give them a call. They have excellent customer service.
