This is the first Taco Bell I’ve been to that got our order right. We went late at night. The people were nice, the line was short, and we got our food quickly. The crunch wrap and chicken quesadilla were great. Good job Taco Bell.

This is the worst taco bell I’ve ever been to. There were seven employees working and they couldn’t clear out 5 cars out of the drive-thru in less than 25 minutes. We actually went inside after waiting 5 minutes in the Drive-Thru that never moved. While inside the workers were yelling and cussing at each other instead of getting their jobs done and getting people their food. This is the third time I’ve been here and I won’t be back. The first time there were two people ahead of me when I pulled into drive-thru at 2 in the afternoon on my lunch break. The line never moved in more than 5 minutes so I left and went home to make a sandwich. The second time I got lucky and no one else was there so it only took about 7 minutes to get a taco and frozen drink. Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

Went on 4/12/23 at about 6:20pm for 6 burritos. The girl apparently heard me wrong because she only charged me for 1 and gave me 1. When I said I wanted 6 and not just 1, she got an attitude with me and yelled SIX?! I didn’t really say much back other than nodding my head. She was clearly upset at me. I gave her my card again and she charged me again, this time for 5 more burritos to equal out to 6. I didn’t wait long and she gave me the bag but she gave me a dirty look of disgust while doing it. So long story short, girl heard me wrong and got mad at me for it. The cashier name on the receipt says Michael H.

Wow who hires these people! Rude we order 3 milks and order the limited fries and pay. Get called to counter with we dont have all the ingredients for those fries. Oh, and we dont have milk, never had milk, we dont carry milk. I asked why did I have the option to order and then pay? “I don’t know” ok well are you going to refund for the milk “well umm you can have Orange juice or soda” We didn’t want that can we just have water and get a refund? “We are the busiest location we are really busy” there is only 1 other person in the restaurant. All I have to say is really poor service and a bad attitude.
