I had to email corporate multiple times due to this location being the worst in the area. To the point where I told corporate they need to shut down this location. Drive thu line is always a 20-30 minute wait and majority of the time they have the lobby closed.

Bad experience with customer service and food. I understand there was a rush however there was no need to have improperly packed and prepared food that was cold by the time I got home and a poor attitude from the employee working the drive through window. Not worth the money or effort. If you don’t like your job or don’t want to work , just don’t go!!

As a doordash driver this is by far the worst restaurant I have to deal with. The employees will ignore you the whole time you’re standing at the counter trying to find out if your order is ready. And heaven forbid that you have to place an order for yourself, they demand that you do it on the kiosk that doesn’t take cash.

Terrible service! They were only offering checkout at the kiosks… so many customers stuck there and didnt even bother helping. I witnessed so many angry customers ask for refunds! I waited around 35 min for 4 tacos and some nachos and upon recieving my order I was missing my drink and my tacos! Ridiculous!

I normally dont post reviews unless its exceptionally good or extremely bad. Tonight was really bad. Never returning, this was the last straw. Long line, 20 minutes waiting and was almost at the drive thru speaker when one of the employees comes out and states the store is closed, for a while. Would not explain why or how long, had me back up out of the drive thru after getting the other cars behind me to leave. Was not apologetic or anything, just hurry up and move your car. This place has been slowly going downhill for the last few months. Closes early for no explanation, little or no staff and the food orders are a mess. Will find a different taco place to spend my money.

I was there tonight at 10 p.m., the one in Chino Hills on Chino Hills parkway, I ordered two Taco Supremes, I got home, which is not far, and both tacos were stuck to the paper therefore fell apart when I tried to pull it off the paper, shells were not crunchy, they were very soft, tasted gross, couldn’t believe how awful they were and how soft they were, very disappointed, cannot believe they would serve shells like that
