Food took 15-20 minutes to come out. There were about 4-5 cars all parked around the store waiting on their drive-thru order. The poor lady kept coming out with food & went to every car asking if that was our order. She was so embarrassed & said she was ready to walk out on them. I told her to keep her head up & she was doing a good job. My order wasn’t right, so I went through again to let them know the item I was missing. Another lady popped her head out of the window to ask what was missing (I believe she had two-tone hair in a high bun – dark on top & blonde on bottom). She had poor customer service skills & seemed a little rude. After I told her what was wrong on my order, she turned & immediately started messing with her cell phone. When I had checked my food, I noticed the burritos weren’t even made properly… Beans & sauce were everywhere – inside & outside the wrappers, so the bag was a mess! The place was a circus – nobody knows what they’re doing, don’t know how to properly make a burrito, and don’t know proper customer service. I will not be returning.

Used the drive-thru. Great service. Good was very fresh and delicious. Loved this experience. I had the number 6 for about $10. 2 chicken chalupa supremes with one crunchy taco and a large iced tea. Ate it all and was completely satisfied. Thank you for being in a convenient location.

Whats the point of advertising you’re open until one a.m if you take your last order and shut down the facility at midnight? I get it, you want to go home…I’ve done this job, I 100% understand but if youre closed at 12 a.m…advertise it as such. I mean…at least dont lock the door on me as im pulling into the parking lot knowing I can see you doing it. Im on the road all day for work…from the time i get up until the time i go to bed, last thing i want to do is come back to town and waste my time driving to another location that doesnt abide by their own set time…Absolutely ridiculous. Won’t even attempt to come back here.

This is the best taco Bell I’ve ever been to. We stopped during our road trip and were so surprised at the quality from this location. The employees were so polite and efficient. The food was hot and fresh (as fresh as fast food gets). The tacos were perfectly crunchy and the meat had flavor. First time I’ve ever been impressed by fast food.

Great service. The night shift was probably short staffed. But they worked hard at the front counter. They had great customer service. I really commend those guys at the Corsicana,Tx location. The wait wasn’t long. Maybe 5 or 10 minutes. Great job guys.
