This restaurant is either a hot or a miss. The last time I went the fries were cold and stale. I watched the worker using tongs to take fries out of the fry basket. I thought they would be fresh. Definitely not the case. Two workers walked by when I was waiting to place my order and none of them acknowledged me. The one worker who did ended up taking my order made my sandwiches while others stood around. I have learned if you want descent food and better service go earlier in the day. The night shift isn’t great.

This place has gone downhill a lot ever since covid. More often than not, it’s either an extremely long wait at the drive-thru just to order, or they’re out of what I want to order, sometimes both. The food is hot and fresh. It just takes forever to get it and it’s hit or miss if they have it.

The store was a mess—water on the floor and dirty tables—but the employees were friendly. Our burgers were pretty dry and the fries weren’t cooked long enough so they were almost rubbery. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s a food emergency. Even then it would probably be worth the wait to get food somewhere else.

ordered through drive thru about 11:15ish pm and everythingwas actually fresh and tasted good. So my girlfriend went inside this time to order 2 or 3 more items and came outside empty-handed upset. Drive thru cashier was rude and was cussing about having to serve a customer (my girlfriend) After ignoring her for a minute or 2 , a dark haired woman appeared d around the corner and advised “lobby’s closed”. The rude cashier then started cheering and applauding the woman for getting rid of the “customer” n curse some more. It’s a shame this place finally gets the food right at these night time hours n then just to mess it up again. Apparently you don’t have to be an adult or have any Any AT ALL customer service n respect

The fries were so old and rubbery. My daughter ordered a 9-piece chicken fry and got 6 cold sticks. The girl in the drive-thru never said thank you or your welcome no matter how many times I thanked her. I’d rather drive to the one 30 minutes away than eat here again.
