I really hate to leave a negative review, but it’s got to be done. Last week we called ahead for a pick up order. We arrived 10 minutes after the time we were told that it would be ready. Went to the drive up window and the poor girl who came to help was flustered. Our order hadn’t even been started on yet. She told us to go park and then we could pick up our pizza by walking into the store, give them 10 minutes. So we paid and then parked to wait. We gave them 15 minutes and then went inside. There were 2 other customers waiting and I wasn’t even greeted when I walked up to the counter. Finally someone acknowledged me, I told them I had a pick up order that I’d just paid for at the drive thru window. I was told ok great, we’ll get your order started now. Seriously? We waited for an hour to have 2 pizzas made. Why do they offer online or phone orders if they don’t actually fulfill them? The poor kids working there seemed very stressed and nervous and it’s not a good feeling inside of this store. We have been ordering from this store location for over 8 years and have never had issues until now. We thought this might be a fluke so we decided to try them again this weekend for a party we are hosting. I wish we hadn’t. The wouldn’t honor our Stallion Card, it’s a keychain that does not say it’s a one time use card. Again, it’s designed as a keychain for multiple use. The “manager” demanded that we give her the keychain from off of our keys. My daughter didn’t know any better so she did and the “manager” threw it in the garbage! I’m glad my daughter called to tell me as we demanded she give the keychain back and our money back as well. Good job “manager” you’ve just lost a solid customer. All of the excuses you gave were just that. Excuses. Bad service 2 weeks in a row is just ridiculous. We’ll go to the other pizza places out here in Tooele.

I’ve had some good service and food here, but not so much lately. It must depend on the worker making the pizza, we get a big variance in topping quantity from one visit to the next. Our last garlic chicken had barely 10 pieces of chicken. The employees lately seem to either hate their jobs or have personal issues they bring to work. No smiles and blank stares. One lady on our last visit was throwing things around and looked visibly mad about something.

Mindy, wouldn’t give me her last name, but said she was the manager, wouldn’t take an order for a pizza from my wife. My wife called and ordered a pizza, but Mindy hung up on her before getting her name. My wife called back and asked if she needed a name and Mindy told her don’t bother shopping here. So I had to order the pizza online and drive an 18 mile round trip to go pick up dinner when My wife was already there. When I got there Mindy stated they were to busy to ask for names on pizzas. My pizza and one other were on the rack and not another customer in site.

I came in and ordered 2 large stuffed pizzas at (exact time of payment was 11:20 A.M.) I finally got my order at 11:46. And the top layer of the chicken bacon only had toppings in the very center vs the 5 meat top layer had toppings almost all the way to the crust like it usually does.

My husband and I came in and ordered a large garlic chicken pizza. The lady making our pizza only put 10 pieces of chicken and was very rude. The customer service was horrible and the place is dirty. This place is ran by a bunch of kids and I don’t recommend this place.

The first time I have been to papa Murphy’s in years was in February for their heart shaped pizzas. Staff is friendly and baked the pizza and it was so delicious light and fluffy crust! Went again a week later, the crust didn’t rise nor isn’t light and fluffy like before. Went again today and the same thing the pizzas. Crust comes out hard like a cardboard. I even left them out for an hour like the instructions say before baking. It’s very inconsistent quality.
