I usually have post bad customer experiences I want to post when I have good ones. I ordered my food at the window and when I got it it wasn’t what I ordered. I felt kind of frustrated but the lady told me to park and she would bring it out I said I haven’t been charged yet for it and she said no problem. She brought my food and apologized and made me feel like my experience and my business mattered!! Thank you for some great customer service

the night shift here is absolutely ridiculous, only upside is the worker that fixed my order with no hesitation, thank you. most of them obviously dont take ANY pride in their work because they constantly give attitude, hand out cold food and even unblended cafe beverages. have not had a bad experience with day shift yet.

This now makes 7 out of 10 times I’ve tried to go here before work, the sign and website says they open at 5 am, I show up about 5:47 and it’s people in there leaning over the counters and you can see them just standing around as you circle then building. This morning they had a cone blocking the drive through, and the doors were locked. Again, this is 7 out of 10 times in the last couple weeks. Why are people getting paid to stand around in there?? If I could give this place negative 5 stars I would. It’s nothing fun about getting up a little earlier trying to stop by McDonald’s just to find out they open whenever they want to. It’s got to the point of where this is sickening!! Again, 7 out of 10 visitis, in a little over 2 weeks! But that’s ok now! Hardee’s is closer and easier, so your loss, that’s what you’ll get for letting people do as they please. Makes me sick to ride around your building while you’re supposed to be open just to find out you’re not and see 3-4 cars in the parking lot and the employees standing around with the doors locked and the mic off. Other guys at my company have said the same thing! I was quick to let them know that Hardee’s is open and better. I hope you’re proud , you just lost several customers.
