We popped in for the first time this spring and were pleasantly surprised. The server has some great insight on the menu, which I appreciated. (I needed some suggestions about vegetarian options; yes, there were some, but the menu is mostly meat-forward.) Everything was tasty and fresh, in my case (had a great salad and a magnificent adult beverage). The space was clean and lovely, and it wasn’t too busy.

We love the creativity and technique put into making the different dishes. The end result is inspiration to come back soon to enjoy what they create.

We went to Saint Dinette for brunch on Sunday. Since it’s located in downtown St. Paul, it was a little tricky finding a parking space when the Farmer’s Market nearby was open. We made reservations in advance since they tend to be busy. We tried the French Toast, Eggs Benedict, Beignets and Pork Belly. The Eggs Benedict was the standout, I found the French Toast a little bit too sweet for my taste, but still good. The burgers and fries looked amazing so I’ll definitely return to try other items on their menu. Our server Jennifer was excellent. The bill for 3 people with orange juice and cappuccinos was $74. Highly recommend for brunch or dinner in St. Paul!

I got the flap jacks and the maple pork belly. the portions are very small for the price, but I will say that I was full afterwards. 4 small pancakes come in a plate. the pork belly was delicious but it definitely didn’t need more salt- they added more on the top. there are big beautiful windows inside. I feel like it’s a good place to go once for a special occasion unless you have lots of money to throw around for small portions. 2 plates, 1 side & 2 drinks cost 62 dollars.

The vibe is great accented with white chairs and large black lamp shades. Off of their brunch menu, we have tried beignets, coffee, cheeseburger, and French fries, all of which were great. The pricing may be on a higher side, but I think their food is executed very well plus the vibe I mentioned earlier. Our server was very friendly and attentive which is always an important part of dining experience. Recommend.

Reviewing this place kind of late, but I still think about returning to St. Paul quite often just so I can eat here again. We stopped in for lunch one Saturday last summer and it has been one of the most memorable restaurants during my 6 months living in the Twin Cities. The service was impeccable, cocktails tasted beautiful and inventive, while the food was fresh and full of flavor. The restaurant is aesthetically pleasing while the set-up gives everyone appropriate space and privacy while not putting up walls. I enjoyed this meal very much and cannot wait until my job takes me there again!

One of our absolute favorite dinner spots to hit – and we’re burb rats. I’ve never had a dish I didn’t like, and I love how they always have a fresh spin on the staples – except of course the burger which is as bare bones as they come – bun, patties and cheese. Normally I’m a ketchup and mayo burger gal, but adding any condiments to this burger is a sacrilege. Eat it exactly how it’s served, and get a side of their fries to accompany it. Love that there’s several small plates so we can try many things and split it. The beef tartare nachos are amazing, and I may sound crazy when I tell you to finish your meal with the flapjacks, but just trust me. They’re the best restaurant dessert I’ve ever had. Cheers!

Had a wedding in St Paul and wanted to grab dinner after the ceremony and ended up here at the bar. Had been wanting to try it so it worked out great. Food was really good. Tried the fried chicken and their burger. Both were amazing. Chicken was so crispy and the sauce was flavorful without being to spicy and blowing out my taste buds. Burger was juicy with a nice char to make it crispy. French fries were crispy and salty – their ketchup wasn’t my favorite, it’s too thick for dipping. Had the cinnamon cake for dessert – it tasted like a churro and was sweet without being overly sweet. Would definitely go back.

I wanted to love this place. Great atmosphere. Service was amazing. The food was below average. A big disappointment. The steak was kind of warm, too salty. Fries were over salted and the mocktails were nothing to write home about. Cool building, great layout and lighting. I’ll be back to try other dishes. Was not impressed this visit.

Came here because they have one of the best burgers in town. The rest of the menu is upscale and I’m sure it tastes excellent. Service was perfect, the waiter delivered a water carafe and the second we poured the last drop there was another at the table. My son had a question about the pickles and they offered to bring one out for him to test. Great view of thy farmers market and the stadium.
