Waitress refused to give bbq sauce in exchange for gravy. Said I would have to be charged so I agreed to pay. She didn’t bring the bbq sauce tho. She said we had to wait behind 4 groups of people ordering in line since the bbq sauce would have to be ringed up.. Obviously I asked to speak with the manager who almost responded in the same way. She however took the next step! She took the gravy we had already paid for and made us pay again for the bbq sauce. I’m confused and shocked at the stupidity I witnessed.

I am giving this place 4 out of 5 stars based on how much the new owners are doing to clean up and remodel the existing building. I think they are making good progress on the work they are doing to modernize it. I am also glad to see some of the employees stay over with the new owners. I also noticed they have brought in a young and enthusiastic assistant manager which makes a big difference in keeping things running!
