I made an order, the only one they had at the time, grabbed a table tent and sat down. After 20 minutes goes by, and I haven’t got my food, I go up and ask I think his name was Eddy where my food was. I wasn’t rude or anything, I don’t mind a long wait normally, I wasn’t busy, so I repeated the order back to him. A lady overheard and saw an order sitting on a table on the very opposite side of the store from where I was sitting. She read off the name and it was my order. It had been sitting at an empty table for 20+ minutes (I was sitting behind a wall so I couldn’t have seen it sitting there) she sticks up for me and says it probably gross by this point and it should be remade. The guy who I think was named Eddy then swears, takes the food AND drink, and throws it to the ground before heading out back. Just so out of nowhere it was a bit frightening and I didn’t feel comfortable after that knowing he was handling my food. Eventually he came back with the right order still angry and I just got out of there. It still wasn’t even right, on purpose or a mistake, I don’t know. I loved this McDonald’s location, one of the best, but hiring people with a horrible temper like that makes me worried to return.

Great! Brand new construction, everything updated literally from the ground up. Kiosks available immediately upon entry, or counter service to your right when you walk in. The playground is all new and fabulous. They have two lanes for faster ordering from your car, and two pick-up windows. If your order isn’t ready within 30 seconds they will have you pull over to a waiting spot in the parking lot and bring it to you fresh and hot as soon as it is ready which usually takes less than 1 minute. Now all they need to do is add veggie patties and we’ll be talking!
