Came here took about a half hour through drive thru, maybe 4 cars in front of me. When I got up to the window the lady asked what I ordered again. I ordered 3 things 2 blizzards and pretzel sticks, the blizzards were melted when we got them and the lady said sorry they are melted it’s from the strawberries…

This is from June 4th and I just went there tonight I ordered a cake shake chocolate shake and I’m sure they made just a chocolate shake!! I did call to ask about it and basically got told everything got mixed up. Plus I had to ask for the cream topping what the charged for and resived a dirty look when I asked for it.To top it off when I asked they for the banana split that I ordered, they looked at me as I trying to add items to my order. I’ll say that this is my last time going to the Wahpeton store. No wonder why they send out so many coupons.

There is something for pretty much everyone at Dairy Queen. Through the years it has been a consistent place to get an ice cream treat or meal. The prices are a bit more than say McDonald’s. I usually get a plain hot dog and a small malt, that runs about $7.00. I find the customer service can really be all over the place. Many times I’ve gone through the drive through and was just handed my order with a “There ya go” and the window closes. I think staffing is a challenge. Some time ago they stopped opening for lunch do to lack of employees. That has since been fixed.
