Fiesta Taco started in 1996 with a vision of serving freshly made and delicious traditional Mexican Cuisine to nourish our community. Our recipes have passed on from mother to daughters and father to sons through out countless generations and we now want to share these flavors with our community.
Fiesta Taco works hard to provide excellent customer service and well crafted dishes. Our team makes every single item from scratch: all our salsas, guacamole, beans, meats, Agua Frescas, and chips are made in small batches and remake as needed in order to maintain its freshness.

Having grown up in an area renowned for its authentic Mexican cuisine, I have high standards when it comes to Mexican food. Luckily, Fiesta Taco, conveniently located around the corner from my office, offers a satisfying selection of Mexican dishes. While their food may not be life-changing, it is consistently solid. The flavors are enjoyable, the service is reliable, and the overall experience is comfortable. I appreciate the cleanliness and attention to food handling they maintain. Although our current diet doesn’t allow us to frequent the place as much, Fiesta Taco remains a beloved staple in the community. If you find yourself in the area and craving Mexican food, I wholeheartedly recommend giving them a try.

Update: 08.07.23 We’re not going as often the last few months. While prices everywhere have gone up, our burritos & fajitas have been much smaller. We thought maybe it was a new cook when this first happened, but the portion size was still really small today when we were there for lunch.

Pastor is quite tasty at this place, albeit a bit saucier compared to some other taquerias. This can make the tacos a tad soggy, but it’s perfect for a satisfying burrito option. The menu offers a wide range of choices to suit different preferences. One thing you absolutely must try is their irresistible green salsa—it’s a definite winner! It’s worth noting that they have started charging for chips, which is a recent change.

The owner seems to have changed. How do we know? The food from the lást time we ate has changed. I ordered enchilada and the chicken supposedly shredded but I got cubed or minced instead. They also basically forgot to make my enchilada and gave me enchilada sauce on the side which doesn’t work. I also ordered chicken quesadilla. Normally the chicken is shredded too, this time the chicken is cubed or minced. I’m not sure if I like the meat this time. Will have another try to make sure we will continue to support this place.

Wonderful vegetarian options. We got Burritos, Enchiladas, Tacos and all were quite tasty even though it was vegetarian. The brunch atmosphere was relaxing with large sit-down tables. No pressure. Chips and Salsa were out of the world
