The inside looks great! From the outside it was hard to tell if they were open for lunch. The menu is definitely lacking. The CHICKEN NACHOS look great but could be tastier. They were a bit dry and could use some other toppings. The size was great and served on a platter that was perfect for nachos. The FISH TACOS had what I believe was mango but was very tart and not sweet at all. Otherwise they would have been great. The POTATO SALAD was good but a little plain. It would I have been nice if the menu had descriptions because I would have left the bacon bits off the POTATOE SALAD.

Just learned this place has been open 8 months. What a great remodel. I almost hesitate to say how much we like it because we want there to be room next time we go. Oyster shooters are a great deal. Smoked fish spread was delicious. And the view is the best in the area. Say hello to Goober, the yellow crested night heron, who has adorably attached himself to your sweet server. He gets excited at her presence. But we all did too! Have fun

We just learned about the Seaside through Groupon, and went tonight for dinner. The waitress was attentive but didn’t follow through to deliver what we ordered. The food was wonderful and prices are very good. I had the Ahi Tuna Poke’ Bowl which was delicious! My husband got the Mussels but the waitress didn’t bring the garlic toast. When my husband got his second drink and I didn’t, I brought it to the Manager’s attention. Tiffany was fantastic! She was very concerned and compensated us for the poor service. She’s an asset at that place. I will definitely give them another chance because the food was so good! Just hope the kinks get worked out and the service will be better.

We just recently visited the Seaside Cotee River Landing. We have only eaten lunch on the outside deck because the inside is too dark. We have had great service. I love the atmosphere. There was live music playing but not so loud we couldn’t hear each other talking. We had wonderful service! Very quick turnaround time, from order to table, under 15 minutes. I definitely recommend trying them! We’ve been back 3x in a two week period.

The absolute best gastro pub meets beach bar that I’ve ever encountered. Friendly service by some gorgeous bar tenders, amazing oysters, ahi tuna poke bowl and quesadillas. A great view and live music made for the most perfect lunch.

I patroned this bar several times over the last 5 months since I dated one of the employees. There’s not one item I’ve had on the menu that I did not like. I was often treated like a second-class citizen, and it took a long time for me to get waited on unless I was sitting at the bar. Even then, I was often waiting a long time to get food. I can’t give a review on my last visit because I was forced to leave for no reason. I haven’t been back in a month because of it. I hadn’t even ordered a drink yet. Apparently no one at this establishment knows how to act like an adult. Explains a lot. I wouldn’t trust anyone who works there. There’s a lot of various issues unknown to the public. The bar is on thin ice and I see a lot of bad reviews, especially in the last couple of months. You have a ton of other options with equal sunsets, better service, and cleaner facilities — Gill Dawg, Hooters, Whiskey Joe’s, Whiskey River….and many more north and south of this location.
