The only reason I’m giving one star is because I have to. I have ordered from this location a few times and every time has been a complete disappointment and I don’t know why I have ordered more than once. Maybe in the hopes that it would be right this time?? My husband and I ordered a pizza and cheesy bread on the first of august. The delivery was supposed to be at the house by a certain time and forty minutes later they show up. Mind you we called to see what was going on and we were told the delivery guy was out and it will get there when it gets there. When it was delivered, our pizza box was smashed and the toppings were all over the top of the box. We tried to give it back to the driver and he sped off, completely ignoring us. We took the pizza back to the location wanting a refund and they told us they couldn’t do it. The manager has to and he isn’t in. We eventually got our refund. In all honesty I don’t know how this location is still open. The people there are rude and never deliver satisfactory food. The location I am referring to is the one on Gore blvd. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I do not like posting negative reviews but this place is complete garbage. And I would say the same to anyone who asks me. Also idk why my post says my order was 10-20 dollars. I spent 40 dollars.

Probably the best delivery pizza I’ve ever had. The toppings were piled on my The Works pizza, it was beautiful, and delicious. The wings were how I love them, and the delivery was fairly quick. I certainly appreciated this after a long day.

My order was over an hr late and was told there was nothing she could do, this is the second time in a month. To spend almost $40 on two pizza and to receive mediocre service is ridiculous. They shouldn’t give out a promise time and not deliver, plus the pizza was cold.

The only reason I am giving the Marco’s on the East Side of Lawton is because on Tuesday 22 August 2023 my wife had made a on line order for pizza. A girl/woman named Sarah (I think) was on her personal phone when I pulled up in the drive thru (East Side Marco’s) and she was laughing and going on and on while I was waiting for her to acknowledge me being there. After 10 minutes she finally opened the window and I gave my wife’s name and she slammed the window in discust like I was bothering her on her personal phone call. Then she got right back on her personal phone and I waited for another 10 minutes for her to bring me the food. As soon as she gave me my food she slammed the window on me and proceeded to continue with her phone call. I had to knock on the window to get her attention and she opened the window and looked at me in discust again when I asked for peppers and cheese. Then I said nevermind and she rolled her eyes and slammed the window on me again and proceeded with her phone call. Then I called up there and I asked for the main manager/owners phone number and she said she was the manager and she said she will not give me the information. When I asked why she didn’t give me an answer. I asked again and she said NO!!! I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she had treated me and she said she was busy and hung up on me. That was VERY unprofessional and I do NOT deserve to be treated like that. Marco’s is our favorite place to order here on the East Side of Lawton. I promise I will NEVER get pizza there if she is working. If I do another on line order and I drive up to the window again or if I decide to walk in and she is working, I promise I’ll walk/drive away and cancel my order and get my money back. A person like that will ruin a business. I didn’t deserve to be treated like that! Please someone call me!

My two specialty ordered XL pizzas were stolen off the shelf. Right in front of me and my two children! The pizzas were remade with an additional 35 minute wait; And a very distraught 4 yr old. I was also told I would be refunded for the whole experience, yet this has not happened. I expected more since I spoke to the General Manager on the phone. I am disappointed in the service.

If you are thinking about going to Subway, believe me, you will enjoy the subs here so much better. Just download the Marco’s app, and you will find coupons to order online. Their subs are better and cheaper than the previously mentioned place. You can special order any sub or pizza to your liking. They also deliver.

I grew up on Marco’s Pizza as a kid in Ohio. Hands down Best Pizza!! The ingredients, the quality of handcrafting your pizza, pizza dough is not frozen its made fresh daily!!! Amazing taste!! I just moved on the opposite side of town. My first experience with them wasn’t the best. Customer service was understanding. Delivery of pizza, not the best. Told my daughter the line drawn thru signature counts as my signature?!?! That’s not comforting. I guess our pizza slide around?!????

Little over done. Staff was friendly and nice so they got two stars. Cheese bread is anything but cheese bread. Pizza looks burnt but it’s not, just a little over cooked but not burnt yet. My fault for not checking before they left. Very fast service and very nice. But lacks a little on the food.

Marco’s never disappoints. The food is well seasoned and tasty! We ordered the Phiily cheesestake pizza and hot wings which was onpoint! The delivery to my hotel was super fast. Marco’s is the best pizza establishment around.
