As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I am a 5 star giving person..but this was awful. The cashier never said 1 single word when we got to the window, exchanged money and received the order. Unfriendly and distracted..we were the only customers there. We both got burgers and they were undercooked and just put together like a mess. So disappointing because we have always loved Checkers. We will just make sure not to go to this location again.

I’ll just say that all 3 of my stars go for customer service. The employees were very professional and seemed to like their jobs. I can’t say the food is good. I mean, the fries are always hot and tasty, but the quality of the food at Checkers leaves a lot to be desired. I had not been to a Checkers in years. Now I remember why I stopped going. All that said, I can’t brag enough about how professional the cashier and guy on the drive through speaker was. They could teach a fast food service class. lol

The parmesan french fries were amazing. They could be a little bit less on their saltiness, but other than that it was really great. The burger was good and the chicken tenders were season very nicely. The guys that were working there were nice also. It’s a classic place for me. UPDATED: Ordered delivery from this location and didn’t get my funnel fries or slushie. I Also woke up sick and threw back up what part of my order I did receive. Never ordering again. GREAT that means you know who I am. There were NO apple pies y’all don’t even sell those on the doordash app to be chosen or subbed also, why didn’t you guys refund me as requested if those items were unavailable?? Cheese sticks were on point. The fry lovers burgers didn’t taste anything like they used to…. very disappointed in those. And they didn’t give me any marinara sauce for the cheese sticks. But they were still great without it.
