They only had one baked potato, we wanted 3, it was cold and the brisket chili had no meat, not one crumb of brisket. The staff was not overwhelmingly nice. It appeared that I interrupted their activities of the day. I was the only person in the store hhhmm… the brisket sandwich bun was flat as a pancake! I did let them know we were traveling from Texas to Colorado Springs, CO and that we have a few Dickies out in Colorado. It didn’t phase them.

First time Trying out Dickey’s Barbecue and it was a very good experience. I got the brisket and sausage which where amazing, very flavor full. The banquet was soft and fresh along with the Potato salad and Spinach Cream Cheese which tasted fresh and made daily. Looking forward to try more of this stuff. Service was great, friendly people ready to serve you as you come.

I got the 2 meat lunch meal.. Delicious! They also had 3 bbq sauces to try (regular, spicy, and sweet) the spicy sauce was our favorite. Extremely friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and go back.

I eat at different locations as I am a truck driver but this one was in the bottom 5 for me food was cold they didnt give you alot of meat at all looks like they where very Stingy with the food as I used to work for a Dickies They would always tell us to go over not under the certain amount to give us and I could tell I was way under Besides the quality of the poor food the cashier was very nice and respectful she can’t help what the cook or manager passes down

I had a chopped beef slider and literally 85% of the “meat” was nothing but fat. The meat on the bread was all I was able to eat, the other pile is the fat I removed. Ice machine was out, and several customers informed the emoloyees, but it wasn’t addressed while we were there. This is the reason I won’t be back!

Paid $35 for 2 meals! Said on the menu the plates come with a roll but mine must be invisible… the food was good but there was plenty of fat in my brisket and the green beans seemed fake. The staff was frumpy and not professional looking at all! The guy cutting meat didn’t change his gloves between orders and I overheard the staff talking about a previous customer!! Horrible PR in my opinion… this place use to be amazing! WHAT HAPPENED TO DICKEYS!!!???

After driving 15 hours I stopped to eat and first off they had to call a guy to make a sandwich! And to top it off the guy cutting the brisket was cutting it with the grain… after I politely told him against the grain he tells me “I’m sorry I don’t know how to cut it” wow!! I asked for sliced and he still chopped it.. worse experience.. sad extremely disappointed

We passed through Dumas today and stopped for dinner. The food was so dry and hard. They were out of a lot of things. The girl that was cutting the meat was so slow and I even saw her poking the meat to see if it was hard or not. I should have asked for a refund right there and then. Lesson learned. I will not go back to that location ever again. The good and service was wayyyy overpriced.
