My wife and I went there to get burrito bowls. I prepaid my food but it was not ready yet. I watched the guy wearing the same gloves touching every surface and going into the fridge area for new cheese. Then as there were around 7 burrito bowls laying on the counter backed up, he started swapping out the food containers as they were low. As he did this, the water from the bottom of the metal food holders dripped into people’s burrito bowls as he was passing over the top of them. The water that is there to keep food warm is not potable water and can cause food poisoning. He was also scooping rice while putting his off hand with dirty gloves on top of the actual rice to keep it from falling off the spoon.

I like the food, but sometimes the portions are way too small. The bowl I just ordered was definitely not enough food yet last time I was stuffed. Also, the employee who took my order was more attentive to the conversation by his coworkers then what I was asking for in my bowl. That guy always does that. He’s not good at his job.

I eat here often and lately the steak has been very fatty and poorly cut. Nothing worse than biting into fatty meat. Ruins the whole meal. Do better! Also, the chips have been very stale.

If you don’t have enough ripe avocado then don’t try and make guacamole, just say you don’t have it. I have at several points gotten complete halves of unripe avocado. It also doesn’t reflect well upon the rest of the food if the quality control on the guacamole, a simple item with few ingredients and basic prep.

This location NEVER fails to forget massive parts of our order. There isn’t an option to get credited or future replacements so it’s just money down the drain every time. The orders are also are never ready on time, it’s like they wait till you show up to start making your order and then not put half your paid for order in the bag. So frustrated with them, it’s unacceptable!

Here is my main problem. Everytime I order online they rip me off! I get double chicken wrap and rice. Like this burrito should be pretty hefty and is when I go inside. But this location always tries to rip me off if I order online.

Me and my wife love chipotle, just not this location. The food never tastes like what chipotle should. This location has let us down every single time. I would never recommend this location to anyone ever. Corporate really needs to do a quality check on this location cause it’s giving the chipotle brand a bad name.
