This place sucks!! My daughter and I were in here for over 20mins and still the lady wouldn’t take our drink order. The cook looked at us and made a rude comment. We waited a little bit longer to give them time but still nothing. They were not busy at all and the cook has a nasty attitude. Instead of her helping the other lady, the cook did nothing. This is not customer service and if she doesn’t want to work customers, then she’s in the wrong profession.

I went to this location this morning and stood there for about 10 minutes in front of the register. One lady paid for her order that was in front of me and left. I waited and someone came next to me to pay their tab and the lady took her money. While waiting two people came in behind me. I was never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. The lady was going to walk off and leave me standing there and I ask her mam you not going to take my order and she point to the lady that just sat down that she had to take there order first. I waited a minute and left. Went to the one in Florence and walk through the door was told gm by the work went to the register and they took my order right away. With the same amount of people that was in the darlington location. That lady had no good customer service because instead of walking around me as if I was not standing there she could have at least acknowledge me and said I will be right with you.

Clean place, few customers were inside so it was rather quiet for a WH at 6pm on a Friday night. Sure that will change around 11 or 12 midnight. Service was good, food was as good as it gets for WH.

I was in there this morning with friend having breakfast.. they were busy very busy… everything was great except.. I could not hear what my friend was saying due to the staff clanging of the dishes and talking to each… They were all pretty loud.

We came for a late breakfast around 1 and they were kind of busy. We seated ourselves and were greeted by Angie our waitress. She was attentive and sweet. She gave it a nice personal touch even though they were busy. I enjoyed it that much more because of the service. The food was awesome, hot and fresh. We always love this waffle house!
