The owner Regina is very rude and nasty a pathetic excuse for an owner her employees are scared of her the food was burnt and horrible don’t ever expect to get a remake or a refund she refused to refund my money due to her poor excuse for a pizza stay away from the loud mouth lady

Was my favorite ordered last night and they got rid of the double cheese option. Now they have extra cheese so I paid for that. Maybe 6 pepperoni and very minimal cheese. We usually spend 30-40 a week there. Time to find a new place update when I messaged the owner to tell them how disappointed I was and suggest fixing it. She basically said go somewhere else to get your food gave it another try today 7/15/2023 was there with 6 people there was probably 20 people in the dining room. They had two pizzas the whole time we where there. We got up and left. We had 4 slices of pizza between 6 people and the salad. They kept saying they where bringing more out and never did

I love this place for pizza if I am in that area. My older brother lives close to there and gets it all the time he loves it and so does he daughters/my 2 nieces and his wife. It is pretty cheap compared to the normal pizza place I love to eat at all the time Cassonos in Springfield/Urbana Ohio. I would love to try there pasta one day. I love there pizza but I can’t have pizza sauce I am allergic which suck really bad

Very unsatisfied ! They forgot half my order upon pulling out and I realized had to go back. ( why my pizza was cold) They realized the mistake and had to cook it, so I had to wait with no discount nothing on a $70 order! Then once getting home 1 of my pizzas was undercooked ! The pepperoni and bacon was not done at all the bacon was so fatty I wanted to throw up ! We called up to see if we can bring it back ! They said they close in 20 min and arnt making anymore orders !!! So we asked for a credit for that 1 pizza for the next time or refund and the OWNER proceeded to tell me that he’s cooked for 25 years that’s how he cooks them and it’s my fault for getting pineapple on my pizza !( which is a option on their menu) ( & whatever that has to do with it being undercooked! He then said he’s not doing anything about it & hung up on me ! Very off vibes , owner is disgusting and and embarrassment to have in that community ! Won’t be eating there again !

I eat their pizza frequently., but today the pizza was disgusting and not cooked so I called them and stated I live 15 mins away and if I could be credited for another one since they were closing. I was told that he thinks the pineapple kept the pizza moistened and to ask for crispy next time, he’s not giving me a credit. I ask to speak to the manager and he states he’s the owner in a rude tone and hung up. We will not be eating short stop again!!

Never had pizza from this place before. It was very good. Had many people picking up and using their sit down area too. Very clean and super nice staff. I will def be back to try subs on next visit. Thanks for your great service!

Moved away from the area but when had to take Dad to Drs he mentioned Mom wanted a taco pizza & I remember my sister always ordering from here! Memory served me correctly & pizza did not disappoint! Taco & meat lovers went home with us & both were awesome! Staff was very accommodating & quite personable!
