Not sure who is working the drive-through at 10:20 on Monday morning but extremely rude extremely unprofessional had me waiting to get my mobile order for five minutes THAT WAS READY. and then yelled at me telling me I need to wait extremely rude very racist and unprofessional. Stood there and took two separate drive-through orders paid and gave them their food before even greeting me hello while my order sat there on the mobile pick up stand behind the register. I said hello several times and then they look at my face and ignored me . Now my food is sitting there getting cold while I’m being accosted and yelled at me. MOBILE ORDER SHOULDNT SAY GRAB AND GO. If it’s really WAIT UNTIL I FEEL LIKE HANDING IT TO TOU. I demanded my food and get yelled and stared with the first eat looks. Wow! An actual paying customer? Would I have even ordered on the app if I knew that’s how I would be treated? NO. i very rude will not be going back to this location very unfortunate as it is new and it’s so close to the house I’ve been living at for the last 20 years. Taco Bell you need to fix this issue. Very terrible and unfortunate to have paying customers treated bad. The worst customer service experience I have had in so long!!
