The food here is good, compliments to the chef. But sadly the service is the polar opposite. So, come for the good food, and don’t expect much beyond. Thus, the three star cumulative total. I can only speak for the fresh shrimp dishes, and exceptional garlic knots. I imagine most other dishes are equally good? The space is about 140 years old, and not much has been changed over the years. The dining room is a stark, yet clean looking display of dark wood tables and chairs in a similar type room, with little enhancements. Best wishes for a good experience on your visit!

We had an amazing day at Sea Cove restaurant. We were attending a baby shower for a family member. The ladies were in a hosted room and the gentlemen had our own area to visit and enjoy food and drink.The food was incredibly fresh and cooked perfectly. The calamari was the best I have ever had. The entrees were extremely flavorful and rich. Every staff member was attentive and took care of any request with a smile. The bartender was the sweetest young lady who made a mean bloody Mary. Our table was greeted by George who stopped by frequently to ensure everything was perfect. Definitely a place we will visit every trip to New York.

Always love coming here. 95% of the time the service is 5 stars, and today was 4, but it’s still good. The food is so good and plentiful. We walked away with leftovers for at least 2 more meals. The meal selection is great. The veal is very tender and prepared perfectly. If you want food for days that’ll keep you in a food coma, come here. No complaints. And one of the few places that still serves bread when you sit down.

We had a party for 50 people at Sea Cove in Center Moriches this weekend and it was fabulous. They have a private room with its own entrance and private restrooms! The separate entrance was really nice so people could go outside and hang out which was fun. Lee, their Catering Manager, took care of us every step of the way, helping us with the planning, she is a total pro!! We were able to decorate the night before which was super helpful. The other server, Ashton, was attentive and extremely polite and respectful with all of our guests. I didn’t get a chance to take pics of the food but for the family style apps at the tables we had stuffed mushrooms, sesame chicken and meatballs Monaco. We chose caesar for the salad course & the buffet was penne a La vodka, stuffed flounder, baked ziti with chicken cutlets, pepper steak over rice and the always delicious but never duplicated chicken francaise. Everyone was raving about the food and said how delicious everything was. For most of our guests, they had never been to Sea Cove before and said they will definitely visit in the future cause everything tasted so good. A sheet cake was also included and it was a tasty chocolate cake filled with 1/2 cannoli & 1/2 raspberry. Our event was definitely a success, there was room for everyone to mingle and I’m really glad we had it there. Make sure you call Lee to help you with your next event!!

We were there for a celebration of life for one of our friends. Buffet style food was delicious. It’s mainly a seafood restaurant and you could tell by the wonderful aroma.

Ordered take out from here. The bbq is amazing. Ribs, chicken and pulled pork were all delicious. Mac and cheese was a highlight of the side dishes but all three were good. Got the lava cake and watched my kids lick their plates for the first time. 10/10
