My experience was ok, I remember when I ordered pepperoni pizza & a 20oz. Coke & the driver didn’t bring my coke @ first but he went next door to a convenience store & got it. . At least customer service was better than Caesars pizza place or The Plaza both in Gloversville NY they get an attitude when you don’t give them a tip but yet the customer service inside when you place an order is disrespectful & Vince’s as well. Seems like every year this place is going further and further downhill. Used to be my favorite place to get pizza, now I’m lucky if my pizza isn’t over cooked or burnt on bottom. I won’t be ordering from here for a long while. At least until I want some cinnamon twist.
