The food was great! The service was alright and they could have done a better job at letting me know that my order was done or other people’s orders as they sat on the counter and they didn’t call out names for the order. Besides that it’s a nice place to dine in or take out whatever your preference.

We didn’t want to have the “I should’ve got that” regrets so my husband and I split a steak & mushroom swiss melt and the understandably popular Gold Rush. And two days later, I still can’t decide which was better – both were so amazing! I am going to be forever grateful to the genius who decided to put mac & cheese on a grilled cheese sandwich.

Cheese sandwiches doesn’t really do justice to describe what Cheddar’s does. I had a Reuben, which I thought would be a good test. If the Reuben’s not good, then nothing’s good. But they nailed it! The rest of the family ordered the Gold Digger, The Downtown, The Chipotle Wrap, and The Gremolata Salad. That last one is quite unique and zesty. (I had a bite.)

Amazing, the employees were super helpful, the owner was actually in the kitchen cooking and was able to accommodate my meal to what I wanted which was super nice, I had the Wayne with no egg, instead I had Mac n cheese, the soup was amazing very seasoned and overall good happy service

I had the BBT sandwich and a bowl of the tomatoe soup. Sandwich was good but the soup was runny and did not have hardly any tomatoe flavor. Strong on basil and onion. If i closed my eyes it took no effort to believe i was eating a french onion. Cambells out of the can is better and much thicker. Very slow in their cooking as well. Probably not going to go back. $32 for 2 drinks, 2 sandwiches and a bowl of soup. Pretty high for a poor lunch meal. Not sure of the type of music they were playing but it was loud and the kids seemed to like it. Nothing I cared for or understood.

This is one of the best sandwich spots in Helena. The Goldrush Sandwich is amazing. Mac and cheese in a grilled cheese? So simple, yet so genius and delicious. The tomato basil soup is amazing. Perfect soup to dip your sammie in for an extra kick of excellence to your taste buds. The staff is super friendly. They always get the order right. Tired of your old boring packed lunch? Then mix it up by getting some Cheddar’s for lunch. Gourmet taste that doesn’t break the bank!
