The restaurant truly knows how to satisfy seafood cravings with their delicious steamed crabs and meaty crab cakes. The flavors were exceptional, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients.

Best crabs and spectacular waterfront view. No reservations unless large party but the nearly hour wait is worth it. All ages seemed to be thoroughly enjoying the great food. Servers were friendly and if you’re not familiar with seafood, no worries because they are. Great recommendations!

Mike’s has been a family favorite for years. We recently visited to celebrate mom’s birthday. As always the staff were friendly and welcoming. We always enjoy sitting on the outside deck overlooking the South River. Starting with cocktail at the outside bar and enjoying an order of the Clams Casino ( fresh clams and bacon ). I always love the Crab Imperial entree while the others enjoy Seafood imperial, fried oysters and of course crabs. Always a treat to visit.

The food was great. Nick was an excellent server. I liked being able to eat outdoors near the boat dock area. It would be great if there was a “seafood boil” option like the Wharf in DC but nevertheless I will return here

Please look at menu pricing if you are on a budget. A lot of the items say Market Price, so inquire about the price with your waiter/waitress. Seating can be confusing. If you eat inside the wait, it isn’t as long. If you want to eat outside, you have to go outside to put your name on the list. It can be anywhere from 30mins to 1 hour, sometimes longer depending on how busy they are. They do have weekly specials, but it’s for inside dining Only.

Fast service, nice outdoor seating, and always a pleasant place to come eat with family or friends, especially during peak crab season. Crab dip is always great, but smaller than before.

Great night all around. Ate outside and the view was beautiful. Nick at the bar made us a great Margherita to start the evening. Had crab dip, fried pickles, crab cake and steamed Crabs. I’d get all of that again! Our waiter Joe seemed a little distracted and busy, but it was still a very pleasant experience overall.

Food was great, service was decent. There was a 45 minute – 1 hour wait for a table. There was about a 25 minute wait for food after ordering. Was given a picture of water for the table. Butcher paper, bucket and mallet provided in case you order crabs. Plastic gloves and a Bible are available upon request. Offers indoor seating as well as deck (umbrella) and canopy (awning) options as well. Right on the water, on a pier actually where people can boat up to the restaurant. Will text you when your take is ready. There is a country (liquor) store attached and an adjoining bar (with seating).

Some of the best crab in the area. It was a 2 hour wait that was entirely worth it. Excellent service with outstanding water front view.

Great seafood restaurant right on the water. We both had crab cakes and they were delicious – tons of lump crab meat. We also had the bacon cheddar oysters which were also good. We went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy, but we only had to wait 20min for a table on the patio. We would definitely come back.
