Paid almost $20 for a cold buttery jack combo and a milkshake. I was asked to park in the #1 drive thru waiting spot, after about 10 minutes got my awful food. Not sure what took so long they had two other customers waiting in the parking lot that were ahead of me. I was hoping to get freshly warmed fries and burger, nope. I would come to this jack in the box often but not anymore. The cashier girls I’ve seen grab fries with their bare hands after grabbing money and putting in to munchie box. After grabbing change I even saw a girl make some tacos after that . Nasty money contaminated food! On top of that multiple grill people grab the raw Pattie’s and go straight to assembling the burgers most likely giving people food poisoning. The restrooms always smell disgusting and looks like a nightmare. The kitchen and lobby looks filthy with trash everywhere with trash filled to the top!!!
