Ordered 8 piece regular, got to window, they only have 4 pieces of regular, wanted to know if I would take 4 pieces of reg. & 4 pieces extra crispy. No compensation, no, had to pull around & wait 10 minutes. Spent like 36 dollars, chicken was soggy, ordered 3 large coleslaw, not very much in each container. Will not go back again. Love KFC. Me and my daughter waited in line to get it. And it was totally worth it. Cars were backed up to the road and we waited about 6 minutes. Can’t wait to eat here again. My daughter said these are the best fries ever. So I tryed them and I agree. Yum yum yummy

We were there st 6 pm they said the only had one 8 piece original,we wanted x crispy but settled for original they ran out of biscuits and our 12 piece chicken nuggets where more like old popcorn chicken pieces. Our 8 piece only had 2 breast and 2 legs and 4 wings. Very disappointing

I like KFC, but very disappointing that they removed the best thing on the menu, popcorn chicken, just to replace them with not nearly as good chicken nuggets Sucks since I work nearby, but losing popcorn chicken off the menu made me lose my desire to go there anymore

We stopped there last night around 7:30. What a joke. As several people in front of us were walking out I couldn’t figure out why. As my husband and I stood for well over 10 minutes waiting to place an order, we saw no one working oh, but we heard them. Shouting and swearing at each other, one girl screaming “I am the boss if you don’t like it leave ” let’s just say if this is how people act knowing there were customers and a huge like at drive through, then I don’t want to know what they do to the food. Sorry folks, you’ve lost our support! Absolutely sickening what we listened to. We too finally walked out!
