I eat a lot of Vietnamese food and this place is pretty good. The wonton soup is excellent, definitely knocked it out of the park. The depth of flavor was there and the wonton itself was good. The spring rolls with shrimp/pork was good. Tasted very fresh. I prefer a thicker hoisin based dipping sauce though. The bun noodle was okay. Love all the ingredients but I prefer my meat charbroiled grilled. The mixing sauce could use more fish sauce IMO. The Vietnamese iced coffee was excellent as well. Servers were very nice. Food served promptly. Overall, this is a solid place. I would say 4.5 stars.

This is a true gem for those who enjoy authentic pho. Fresh ingredients. When I found out the previous location was closed I was disappointed since it’s my favorite place to eat in PCB each time my family visit. But here they are… much bigger space here, bar, and more modern. The staff are very nice also.

I ordered the P5 pho with all beef combination. It was absolutely amazing. My son ordered a Banh Mi pork sandwich and he enjoyed all of it. I loved it in here, the atmosphere is great, busy but great service, very friendly staff. I will certain stop here again.

The WORST Pho in my life. Honestly, it tasted like “cinnamon water” – none of the traditional tastes or smells of authentic Vietnamese food. Pho is a traditional Vietnamese soup known the world over! I was not able to eat past five minutes, I requested bean sprouts. They had none which is traditional, and they did not have meant, but they had basil with black spots on it. The place was very clean, and the waitress was friendly however, we will never return! $14 per bowl – outrageous, but if the food is good, it’s worth it. We do not recommend this place.!

Authentic experience. Got the P5 and it was amazing. Daughter loved the dumplings (chicken). Wife had the beef stew with baguette which was a nice rich soup which worked very well with the bread. This is our new spot every time we come to PCB.

The first time we ordered takeout we were not expecting what we picked up. The freshest ingredients combined with lots of love in the making. We have since been back several times and it’s always the same great quality! If you haven’t eaten at Pho Express you are missing one of the best gems PCB has to offer. The only reason I didn’t rate “Enviroment” 5 star is because they are still moving in therefore the bar has some clutter but all in all this place is a 6! Give them some time to move in and this will be one of best hangouts in town!
