I’ve only used the drive thru at this location a couple times but am already impressed with the staff. The coffee is always good (haven’t had any food items yet) and everyone I’ve interacted with is super nice. They even honored a very old punchcard I had from a different city! I got to a free drink on the card but had to move before I could redeem it and they let me use it even though they don’t do punchcards anymore. Will keep going back here for sure!

Still have not been paid for the Plumbing we did on 3 Stores including Engineering. Instead they have money to send out Threatening Letters telling us we cannot speak the Truth about Ziggys/Epic West not paying instead stating they have 3 Kids and Brand so what that doesn’t do anything because it has nothing to do with the Bill in our Office that remains unpaid.

The staff was friendly and quick with my drive thru order. The breakfast burrito was really good. Not sure I got the flavor I ordered because the meat inside didn’t quite match but non the less it was really good. I would recommend getting the burrito with the salsa on the side it hit. I will note as a tip that if you get a large iced coffee and you don’t drink your coffee very fast you may want to ask for extra ice.

First time here and was pleasantly surprised! Spacious, clean, and inviting interior…We were welcomed immediately upon entering and there are a ton of fun drink options. Lots of outlets and seating if you need a great place to work for a couple of hours. We will be back!

Only downside to the atmosphere was the music. It was too loud to be able to hear conversations easily with someone sitting right next to me. Otherwise service was excellent, my smoothie tasted good, and everything looked really clean.

This is a great location. Most of the staff have taken the time to get to know me so it feels like hanging out in my own living room. Some of the newer (younger) hires as of end of June 2023 are not quite as conscientious as the others but I still love this place.

I love Ziggis. Spend way too much money here. But PLEASE you guys! I always order my drink Kids Temperature, please DO NOT give me a hot, or sometimes even extra hot, drink. I’ve burned my mouth more than once. Come on! Not that difficult.

The coffee is always fantastic! Service is beyond amazing! I’m recovering from surgery and can’t carry my coffee, so they bring it to my table every time. The atmosphere is lovely, the people are very kind and always have a wonderful attitude. My very favorite coffee shop!
