I have never seen a fast food place THIS MESSY. The photo shows behind the counter where they were cooking. Every square inch was covered in trash, bits of fries and nuggets, open drinks. The front was just as bad. I don’t understand how they can get away with this. It was completely unsanitary. I don’t except a 5 star experience when walking into Burger King, but I do expect the area where my food is being prepared to have some semblance of being clean.

I know fast food places are having trouble but this was the worst Burger King I’ve been to even with that understanding. The bathrooms had piled up trash including used menstrual products in the Womens. We waited 20 minutes for our impossible whoppers mostly because the counter staff wouldn’t hand them over to us. They had no cheese and minimal toppings even though we all ordered (and paid for) it). The counter staff were indifferent and completely burnt out. There’s not a single thing to recommend this location.

The young man taking the order was very friendly and helpful. When getting my order two of out of the five fries was just dumped in upside down in the bag. They hardly any fries in the containers. They did get the burgers correct so great job to the sandwich maker!
