Ordered online, which was fast and easy. The estimated pickup time was 4:11 but when I arrived at that time, it was not ready yet. No problem, but if I wait extra for my food to be ready, I would prefer it to be 100%correct. Unfortunately, the pizza was not cut, the toppings didn’t go all the way to the edge, and I asked for extra sauce but it didn’t have extra. Tbh, it kind of felt like less sauce than even was supposed to be on it. It was disappointing and of course I didn’t realize until I got home and opened it, so it’s not worth the trip back for a redo since i was too hungry for all that.

Usually the pizza is good hot and fresh and cheesy . Today I got my pizza.. I sent my bf to get it and I do not live far away. Well I had ordered a most beste pepperoni and what I got a was a old dried up burnt normal pepperoni pizza .. that wasn’t even cut .. I also ordered a bacon pizza that sat and was all hard and stale . The cheese didn’t even stretch it was hard . My kids did eat a couple before me so I was getting drinks and when I tried pulling the pizza apart is when I noticed it was a old pizza . I worked in food industry before. That was not suppose to be served . I don’t know who’s running this store bu they need to make sure there pizza is going out like the way they show it on TV. I could of had better pizza from the frozen section from the grocery store. Little Caesars is my favorite and they sure disappointed me again . This ain’t the first time . When you order a pizza it shouldn’t be one that’s been sitting forever. I order ahead so it’s hot and fresh not stale and hard as a rock . They did offer to make new ones I have not got them yet . But wake up management you will be losing many customers.

They’re usually quite busy and it seems if we don’t remind the workers, we will miss pieces of our order (such as sauces, etc). But food is par for a Little Caesars and the workers are usually good with customer relations.

Place looks like it is closed when it gets dark they lost my business last week cause we thought they were closed they have some many signs in the front that u can’t see the lights and there prices went up two hot and ready pizzas cost us 19$ tonight!!
