My first time dining in at Blue Fork Kitchen. I came for a late lunch, so it was quiet. I had no idea how large the space was – beautiful dining space that was bright and clean. I sat at the bar, and staff greeted me immediately. They have a FANTASTIC selection of local brews on both draft (24) and cans/bottles. The menu had so many good looking options, I agonized over a decision. The staff that helped me made suggestions, and I landed on the grain bowl with chicken. It was so fresh, beautifully plated, and DELICIOUS. Will 100% be back again next time I’m in Hastings (hopefully for the brunch buffet!). Thanks for a great dining experience!

Last night in Hastings and I had everyone telling me to go here after the Odyssey Downtown. This was a little bit more casual the Odyssey but the food was amazing. I got the double bacon burger and it was one of those burgers that was too big to eat with your mouth so I had to take out the extra paddy and eat it on the side. The fries were so amazing that I ordered an extra one on the side. My co worker got the pasta and she was only able to eat 3/4. Serving sizes we more than enough.

I was traveling and in dire need of “real” food. This was exactly what I was craving! I had the Mediterranean bowl with farro, chickpeas, pickled red bell pepper and onion, Brussels sprouts, and heirloom tomatoes, and I added chicken. It was amazing!!

Made reservations for 6:15, they were ready for us when we arrived. The food was excellent! We ordered Poutine appetizer (recommendation from host), Crab Rangoon burger, and Bison melt. They were all delicious!!! Waitress was very friendly and attentive, and all the employees were so friendly! We only ate 1/2 of our entrees because we were so full from gorging on the Poutine, and they boxed up our leftovers for us. We were back at the truck at 7:15, so service was prompt, but not rushed. Absolutely will be back again!

I have been there three times now and have tried different dishes every time. The flavor is deliciously unique, portions are plentiful, and price right for the restaurant type. The layout of the restaurant is also quite unique in comparison to other restaurants in Hastings. I enjoy the change. The staff is always polite, energuzed, professional, and knowledgeable. They can definitely help you with decisions. This time I tasted both the shrimp and grits as well as build the pasta shrimp/pappardelle noodles/alfredo. This pasta combo might end up being my true go to when I go there.

Went with 3 friends on a Friday night. First time for all of us. Staff, just recommended having reservations for next time. But we were seated right away. Very friendly, professional staff. Large open area. It’s kid friendly. Food is really good!! I had the club with sweet potato fries. Will definitely be going again!!

Family came from out of state to visit relatives and we eneded up eating here twice while we were here. Loved the food,atmosphere and friendly staff. The Mac and chesse was a fan favorite by all of us.
