For the last two times my food has been cold. And I told the cashier that I wanted my food fresh and hot because the last two times it has been cold. I have read the reviews and I don’t understand why they are getting hot food and mine is cold every time$ I’m not returning for a third time. But I am going to reach out to the Health Department or someone to pay this location a visit!

Food and service has gone downhill since the renovation. I had hoped for at least the same quality food as before but portion size has decreased and consistency has disappeared. The employees seem to have checked out and most are either new or really just dont want to be there. The building is new and pretty, but given the problems, we just go ahead and make the little extra drive over to the Exchange to Chick-fil-A.

This is specifically for the Oxford, Alabama location. If I could give NO stars, I would. I got the limited edition Asian Zalad and the portion was incredibly and ridiculously small and tiny. I won’t EVER return to this Zaxby’s again. It was like a little “side salad” or appetizer, NOT an entree. Ridiculous how little it had if anything in it.

First off big Thanks to Nick the Manager and his crew on 5/27th it was crazy for our group to find a place that night because of graduations going on in the area. We went to 4 other places that denied us to come in to have a place to sit and eat from a long day of fun at 6 flags and it was late and slim picking for a place to rest before we had to keep going to Make it back home in Birmingham AL. NICKS CREW had great Attitudes despite how late it was and they gave us phenomenal service! I’ve worked in the food industry for over a decade and this was the most exceptional food service that I’ve experienced in a very long time! Hands down a place I would come back to when I travel through again!

I ordered the boneless wing meal with teriyaki sauce. All of my food was cold. Texas toast tasted like it had been made two days. The temperature of the teriyaki sauce was like it just came out of the refrigerator.
