Staff is rude and have no customer service skills always on phone don’t wear hair nets sloppy and flat out need to be fired the food is already overpriced but to have to deal with employees like handling food needs to be addressed it’s never one time you go there they don’t have a Attitude you would think you’re walking into their kitchen ask them to make you something to eat for free. It costs NOTHING to be kind. After a long day in the ER & my daughter being admitted to PICU, I went down to get some dinner. Every question I asked seemed to be an inconvenience. The sign said a create your own salad came with bread. I had to ask for my bread, but never asked for the eye roll or attitude that came with it. I asked for red grapes as clearly listed as a choice, they gave me grape tomatoes and “we don’t have grapes.” I asked for almonds, they gave me olives. Me asking for butter to go with my bread must’ve been way too taxing for her as again I got the eye roll & silence as she handed it to me. I was the sole customer in their HOSPITAL based cafe. Again it costs NOTHING to be kind but apparently too expensive for the staff there.

staff was EXTREMELY rude!!!!!! i had placed an order for pick up. The order wasnt at the table were they normally place them. I walked up to the counter. I said to the staff, i placed an order for pick up but it’s not at the table. I told her what my order was and immediately gave attitude! This lady always seems to be angry! i dont understand why she is still employed here! i will NEVER place another order with these rude people!

The staff is AWFUL! The food is mediocre and over priced. I guess they are still in business because a person stuck in a hospital has no choice but to use them but I assure you I will leave and go to the gas station before they ever get my mind again.

Everytime I’ve been here, [5] the experience was absolutely horrible, theres nothing but rude remarks, apparently the oven has to cleaned 30 minutes prior to closing (I’ve been to a lot of restaurants and not once have I been told an oven has to be cleaned 30 mins prior to closing) Everytime I go back I think to myself well maybe this time I will have a better experience, nah still the same awful rudeness as usual.

I work in this hospital and went down to grab a coffee quickly at 1:50am. (They close at 2:00). One of the employees was pleasant taking orders. While the manager was repeating to everyone in the room that we should not be down there this close to 2:00 and that they will never get out by 2:00 if we don’t stop showing up last minute. The manager was throwing a fit and was extremely rude to us paying customers! I’m appalled .

If I could I would give it no stars. Most employees on third are rude, manager straight up lied to me and said she had to close for 30 minutes and to come back then I waited over an hour and still not open. No coffee, no food, nothing but old soup available. When you are the only place in the hospital open I guess you can get away with whatever you want. When they are open you are lucky if the coffee is fresh and having someone make a cup of specialty coffee is like putting them out. This place is a joke!

The employees act like they hate their job. They always act like you are bothering them when placing an order. Third shift employees have very few items to chose from because most items are not restocked and seems like there is no effort to keep anything stocked during night shift. Extremely overpriced for leftovers. Horrible experience every single time I’ve been and the only reason I go is because it’s the only thing open- as long as employees show up.
