It’s good for a taco bell. I would definitely recommend ordering on their app versus in person. I ordered nacho fries and my friends got their online orders of tacos first despite them ordering a few minutes after me. The food and service is decent, but nothing spectacular.

Most recent experience, Waited on line in drive-thru for food I ordered online in app for an hour! Couldn’t go inside it was closed, even tho they allowed doordasher or other service. No apologies given no recognition that the food I picked up for other ppl was now cold. If u want a good TB go to the mall or deer park’s if it’s late night. This place has been terrible for years. I return hoping it’s changed but it hasn’t.

Horrible place, the managers have the worst attitude, the general manager is terrible at his job and dealing with customers. Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. My entire order was wrong and they never fixed the issue or offered any compensation. I’ve visited multiple times and have seen the managers smoking pot outside in groups while minors run the store. Terrible management.

The food is always fresh but the enchilada sauce doesn’t come as a side sauce. The recrnt male kids who work there seem extra rude and uncaring. One of them kept rudely staring at me. And another one dropped my change while I was paying through drive through, and didn’t even care. He rudely turned his back on me. It’s amazing they hire careless, arrogant workers there.
