I’m sorry but I think it’s a bit ridiculous that I just paid for two meals for $25 and the ‘regular’ drink is a SMALL. It’s not your customers fault yal won’t purchase the right size cups yet want to charge extra for a ‘large’ when that is in fact the REGULAR size. I would never complain, because i love Arby’s but our entire order was cold. Beef and cheddar had no cheddar sauce so I had to make extra supper cuz kids wouldn’t eat. My French dip only had meat on one half and very minimal. Bread was so chewy I could barely rip off a bite. Fries were cooked in old grease and soggy. So so disappointed. Not sure if I’ll ever eat there again. Huge waste of$30! (We live 20 minutes away so I couldn’t take it back.)

We ordered here using the app for a change, and we were pretty pleased with the results. We always get good service here and our food fast and per order (the one time that wasn’t the case it was quickly fixed). One of the best fast-food options on in town.

They forgot to ring up a sandwich. Not the first time, order accuracy is very poor. That and they try to decrease flow by shutting lights off early. Probably shouldn’t be trying to close early at 7p it kills your business. The one on main Street so much faster and accurate. Plus they look like they are open!
