I’ve always enjoyed Hardee’s as a kid. I always get the big hot ham and cheese and it always is just as good as I remember. I now live in Washington State and we don’t have Hardee’s so when I saw this restaurant I made the family stop.

Waited in the drive thru for chicken they said, 3 cars from behind us got served and we ended up having to go in to get our order, and then they didn’t put cheese on my sandwich that I asked for, apparently there were only 3 people working and there were districts for youth wrestling in town .

Only one star because no stars isn’t a option! Missing items,cold food and extremely rude staff! Not to mention hygiene was a huge concern! If you saw the dirt under her nails and greasy hair. I’m sure you would ask for a refund too (which I was denied and told to leave) If you wanna work with customers I suggest leaning to shower and having better customer service manners! Absolutely disgusted!

They are usually pretty efficient and food is hot. But i use my receipts to earn stars, andv3 times in a row I asked for receipt in the bag and it wasn’t. SO I’m out around 300 points. When I emailed them they wouldn’t do anything.
