From the time your greeted by the host to the time. You’re paying the bill you feel like you’re being serviced by the best. The food was cooked perfectly, and in a timely manner. The bus girl had eagle vision and refilled my water when the glass was half full a couple of times. Robert our waiter checked in at perfect times, “need more…? hows every…?” a true professional!

We started with calamari and steak tostones… beautifully played, but super greasy plus tasted like old oil and we could not even eat it. However the drinks were well made and tasty. Our bartender/waitress saved the day and asked us to trust her and try the mussels in basil cream to rectify the situation. We decided as long as it wasn’t coming out the fryer we would go for it…. Now that was good good!! I was happy she tried to help change our minds because we were going to leave and go somewhere else to eat.

Before we even moved to the neighborhood we’d been to Fire and Cork several times. It’s always guaranteed to be tasty, with solid sized portions, and food for everyone. It’s a clean and simple atmosphere with friendly staff, and the games are always on. For that reason we usually enjoy eating at the bar and chatting with the bartenders. It’s an easy choice!

Didn’t even know this place was near me. Went for dinner with my friend and it was a great experience. All indoor dining. Was greeted by friendly staff members, and the atmosphere was in a dark setting but very pretty. A lot to look in the menu and pricing is fair. Around $30-35 per person excluding tip. The food is presented so well and delicious! My friend said the drinks were pretty good too. I would highly recommend to try this place out.

We love this new restaurant! Great atmosphere, big windows that open all across the front give it a real bistro feel, and the decor and huge brick wall across the bar really make the atmosphere. Love the wall of wine bottles too! Lots of great selections for drinks and the service was fantastic. We got some of the best calamari I’ve ever had for an appetizer and dinner was to die for! The food was hot, delicious and flavorful! I would totally recommend for dinner. Careful! Weekends are super busy so make reservations.

If you are in New City, you have to visit Fire & Cork! Great ambiance, great service & great food! Fire and Cork is family friendly, can take your children (has a changing table and high chairs). Perfect for a group setting and also for a nice date. The menu has lots of great options – American, Latin, Italian… They have a little of everything. Thank me later 🙂

Lovely makeover of the old Austin’s Pub in New City, NY. Waiter was very nice, as was all the other wait staff. Drinks from the bar were good. Food came out hot and fresh. All items were delicious. I highly recommend trying the pasta carbonara!

It was our first time there. The drinks tasted like nothing. The food was good but the bussers kept trying to take our plates away before we were finished with our meal. They didn’t ask if we were finished, just took the plate away. It was very intimidating and made us feel like they were pushing us out to turn the table over.
