…rude…always just one person working…dinning room is always closed…the grease hasn’t been changed in half a year…fries are bad burgers are bad. you can’t even wash the after taste out of your mouth because the soda is bad too. Don’t go! I normally don’t care that much but i might actually file a real complaint to the company so it can improve or shut down…the fires are as brown as the bag and you can tell from this picture how old the grease was that day.(thats the sunshine on the one side of the bag.)

Horrible person running the front end, she was so rude, we ordered 3 drinks and a coffee , she tried to tell me she did not charge me for one of the soft drinks and it’s on my receipt where I paid for and she had the nerve to ask for the cup back I asked for cream for my coffee and she said they didn’t have any and I told her had I known that I would not have ordered the coffee , my daughters sandwich had black grease all over it and we also ordered two sides of gravy , when I asked for spoons, her response was we don’t have those. How can you run a restaurant with nothing. The sad part is I drove past 5 other restaurants to eat at Hardee’s, never ever again, the food and the service was horrible

I ordered two Frisco burger which is 2 number 3. The hamburgers you can tell been sitting way past their time cause they were hard n cold. They ended up only giving us one of our fries when we got 2meals. Had go up n let them know fries was cold n they didn’t give us both fries. The woman cashier was very unpleasant n the manager I’m taking it kept staring at us as if we was the ones being in wrong cause our food was cold. Need start teaching the workers how important food safety is cause definitely could make ppl sick eating here. It is 8:50pm on Friday night n their more worried about cleaning the back then to wait on the customers. Definitely won’t be coming back.

My wife and I ordered our food and I forgot to order a drink. We were the only ones at the counter so when the woman walked back through I asked if I could order a drink. She made it clear by her actions that I was putting her out but she rung it up and gave me my cup. I go to the soda machine and every option was out of syrup. They all were just spitting out clear liquid. So I walk back up and try to get her attention but she is obviously ignoring me on purpose. She finally comes up and I ask her for a sweet tea instead and explained why. She immediately starts pouting like a child. I then asked if she had hot sauce and she said “No” Then pours me what turns out to be an unsweetened tea. So as she hands it to me I told her that I’ll just be sure to go to McDonalds from now on. She says “please do”. As I’m leaving another elderly gentleman walks up and orders a biscuit and gravy and I hear her tell him “We are out of gravy, McDonald has gravy, go there!” I’ve never encountered a more disgusting person in ANY business in my life.

Food was awful, and the lady was rude as hell, when we were leaving, the dark haired lady working the front counter screamed at us, “THIS AINT YOUR HOUSE, CLEAN YOUR TABLE OFF.” We will never be back. We didn’t clean our table because we stood there for 10 minutes before being acknowledged, she looked mad, and was so rude. That’s why we didn’t clean off our table, that’s the first time we ever did that, but it felt good.

The restaurant was dirty. They took 10 minutes to take our order. Served others before they served us, another 10 minutes. The employees looked lost, just wandering around trying to figure out what to do next. Both burgers look like they were left out from last night and they were cold like they had been sitting out.

I walked into the dining room to place an order for takeout. I kept saying hello hello for like five minutes finally the back person came up front and told me that they were unable to take my order because they didn’t have access to the register. I had to leave hungry to catch the bus at 8:05.

We got to the location at 10 with the inte tion of getting breakfast. Stood in line for 30 minutes because they were “short staffed”. Finally got to the counter at 10:30 and was told they are no longer serving breakfast since it’s 10:30. I will never go back to any of these restaurants! Horrible service!
