Bought $27 meal and they were out of every side besides fries. When we got home we had chicken and 2 bags of biscuits and no fries. When we called the phone was busy for 20 minutes and we were never able reach them. We refuse to drive 20 minutes for sides we didn’t receive. How pathetic. We will never go here again. Don’t waste your time at this location.

This visit was better BUT… We waited about 20 minutes but the chicken was fresh, the pies were hot. My biggest complaint was the parchment paper was baked into the pies so we had to cut the bottom off.

They made a mistake with my order. But the way they made me whole I was more than happy. Let’s wait and see if they’re as nice and helpful my next visit. Atmosphere was very poor because when I tried to walk in to order they wouldn’t let you in. Only drive thru witch is slower to me.

Went through drive thru..get to window.. girl takes money THEN AND ONLY THEN does she tell me there is a wait on chicken.. no prob it’s Wed special.. girl says pull around to parking lot bring chicken out..cool.. TELL ME WHY MY RECEIPT SAY ORDER PLACED AT 738PM AND IT’S 813PM!!! 35mins… I get out and go to door… asks for refund cause 4 cars outside waiting NO CHICKEN!! Another girl says she has to call DM to get CODE to refund me 9.78!!! STILL NO CHICKEN…. 833pm… girl waited until another customer came in and asked that customer to give me my money for refund since Churches Chicken already had my money in their drawer… 1 hr for a no chicken experience and needless to say that customer that gave me my money back is STILL WAITING FOR CHICKEN AT 930PM!!!!

This place is a disgrace when it comes to customer service and food. The front door is still locked as if we are still dealing with covid. The employees are rude and ghetto and the chicken is either overcooked or undercooked. The prices are outrageous. I just paid $13 for one meal that did not include any extras at all. They don’t have to worry about getting my money because I do not patronize people who act like I am a peasant bothering them.

I think this was the manager that serviced me. She was OUTSTANDING!!! I passed the location in my area to come to this location(Hall’s Ferry at Parker Rd). I will de returning. The food( Smokehouse chicken) was hot, fresh and the portion was worth the money I spent

Drive thru only. But even though the chicken wasn’t seasoned the food came up fast and cooked just right. I gave it 3 stars because usually there’s a long wait and I’m sure the lack of seasoning was accidental and has never happened before

My food was cooked fresh and was hot. They didn’t have any wings but I was happy with what I got. I’m not sure why, but they only offer drive- thru service. I’m not a fan of this service but it is all that was available.
