Don’t you love when you order a take away, and you get home to unwrap your food and find items missing or incorrect… Grilled teriyaki chicken, but no teriyaki sauce. String bean chicken breast, but all string beans and no chicken breast. My bag came without a fork or napkins. At least they managed to put the fortune cookie in the bag! What is wrong with service? I don’t know, but I blame it on the manager.

TERRIBLE, DON’T COME HERE! I had a bad first experience at this location so I never had come back here until I ordered online because I was hungry and just wanted something fast. I did an online order and ordered my usual but I ordered my mushroom chicken a la carte and to my HORROR when I found a LIVE FLY UNDERNEATH MY CHICKEN. I had eaten a good amount when I found it greasy and stuck underneath the piece of chicken I was about to eat. I never am coming to this location again, the food was room temperature at best, I was ignored when standing to receive my order, and they wouldn’t pick up the phone from the six times I tried calling to ask them for a refund.

Panda is pretty much the same everywhere, food wise. The differences show themselves in good management, friendly competent staff and shop cleanliness. This location seems to do a good job in those areas.
