Procopio’s is the best dining experience in all of Vincennes and surrounding areas. I’ve been here several times in my travels and cannot say enough about the cuisine, the people, and the atmosphere. I am extremely addicted to the lobster, shrimp, and scallop ravioli with the rosa sauce that has ham and mushrooms. What an amazing dish with the perfect blend of flavors. Today I’m trying something new though. The image is the Meat Pizza with banana peppers added. Another home run for this group. The light and flaky crust, perfectly balanced pizza sauce, and fresh cut meats make for a savory meal in anybodys book. I highly recommend this establishment for anybody, local or traveling.

This is THE place to eat in Vincennes. My son goes to the University down there and we usually stay and eat when we go down. It’s been a struggle to find good food until we found Procopio’s. The service was great, the food was great, the owner visited our table and has an active role in the kitchen. One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve ever eaten at.

This review is based solely on the 7″ Procopios Deluxe. I found the deep dish crust to be somewhat lacking, the air pockets were flat and elongated suggesting to me it gets rolled with a rolling pin. It was somewhat flavorless also. However, it had good crisp. Did not seem wood fired, I suspect an oven. The sauce was also nothing special, somewhat bland. The toppings were fine, with large pepperoni. The restaurant atmosphere is gorgeous. The service staff was nice and friendly. The time to get food from after the order was longer than expected for me. I feel the pizza isn’t what this place is known for. I will try a plain cheese thin crust next time, and update my review. But as for now, not bad, not mind blowing either.

My 1st visit but not my last. A Great discovery with a variety of excellent menu options making you realize you’ll be coming back again (& again) to enjoy them all. Thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere and staff, while savoring a great meal. I would recommend it for all.

This restaurant was recommended by a tour guide from Grouseland. I’m happy she recommended it because it was the best Italian food I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the beef ravioli with meat sauce and garlic bread. The ravioli was large, flavorful and meaty and the sauce was delicious.

While attending the Big Balloon Build, our first food stop was here. The staff was friendly and the space was gorgeous. We stayed up from in the big meeting room and there was space to mix and mingle without bumping into each other.

Procopio’s is one of the best locally owned places in Vincennes. It’s a family run business and the owners are there to greet you almost every time you visit. It’s a clean and beautiful space with delicious food, wonderful atmosphere, and excellent service. The Alfredo is the best you can find – I love it with farfalle noodles and fried chicken on top. The bruschetta and garlic bread are also on the top of my list.
