Didn’t even know Straw Hat Pizza was established 3 years ago. Was driving by and thought is was Pizza Hut. Anyways, we came Thursday and again on Friday. Why 2 days in a row? Because it’s amazing pizza! Glad I seen n tried this place.

This was our first time coming here. We had heard good things. We came to watch the Thursday night Steelers game. When we first got there the place was EMPTY. I was worried. We were greated right away by a gentleman behind the bar, we ask if he was going to have the game & he said he would put it on. They had over 20 TV’s no matter wear you sit there’s a TV. We ordered wing, a beer & a soda. Beer was ice cold & the wings were delicious! They were huge. Later we ordered mozzarella sticks & they were good also. We also ordered a large pizza & let me tell you this was the BEST pizza I ever ate. The toppings were fresh, the crust was light & crispy, oh and did I mention it was piled high with toppings!! I have zero complaints about the food. About 5:00 the place got pretty packed & throughout the night kept pretty busy.

Visited may 12, 2023, not at all busy and it was lunch time, ordered the pastrami sandwich, came with fries, and ordered a side salad, person with me ordered a hot hat sandwich, that’s what we both got,never got fries, had to ask twice for salad, service is HORRIBLE!!! pastrami was very good but would have rather had sandwich instead of hot hat. If I go again, gonna make sure they understand what I want

I’ve been there several times, and I’m impressed by the food. If you try either the Philly cheesesteak or hot pastrami sandwiches, you’ll throw rocks at Subway and the other sandwich shops! The pizza is honestly the BEST I’ve had, loaded with toppings. The prices are still reasonable, and the bar serves great Margaritas, and cold beer. The staff is friendly, and the service is a bit relaxed, but you can easily flag down a waiter for whatever you need. It’s hard to find real value for your money now, but that’s what you’ll get here. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did!

Visited for the first time, food was okay. Service was okay as well. Nothing impressive yet, they’ve only been open for a little while. They do have a nice bar inside and Patio seating. I think this place has potential to be great! I think they are are still working out the kinks of being a new restaurant. So if you visit, don’t be upset if things don’t go smoothly. We will visit again and hopefully upgrade my rating. Also, would you please add milk to he kids menu? Thank you

What’s not to enjoy at Straw Hat Pizza? All those appetizers – Garlic Parmesan Groovy Twists, Green Bean Crispers, Mozzarella Sticks, Jalapeno Poppers, Seasoned Potato Wedges, Buffalo Fries, Chicken Wings, I could go on and on. Wonderful salads, Master Class Pizza. Enjoy!

The food was OK. The pizza crust was good, but the cheese taste it take like it wasn’t gooey. The mozzarella sticks taste it, almost the same. It literally tasted like the cheese sticks you get from the grocery store and just put breadcrumbs on it and fried it. The ranch sauce was not good either, and the only thing I can say that actually tasted good was the pizza crust and the marinara sauce that came with the mozzarella sticks.

Great food. Staff was awesome even though they were overworked. If they can get some more staff this place would easily warrent a 5 star rating. Give them a try. Be patient as they are short staffed.
