Didn’t believe the other reviews that they lose online orders, until I just walked out of their store after they lost an online order for one small pizza placed 40 minutes ago. Have the confirmation and location correct. DONT ORDER FROM HERE ONLINE. 50/50 shot they lose it. nice staff though. No complaints there! Just a systematic problem with online orders that turns future customers away.

Whoever made my pizza deserves a raise! I order a gluten free pizza with no cheese because of my dairy allergy, and I don’t even need to put my dairy free cheese on it at home. Wow! No one has ever made the time to make my cheese-less pizza with so much flavor and appetizing appearance. Yum! Thank you very much!

I love this location! We had our son’s birthday party and preordered 9 pizzas for right when they open. Not only were the pizzas ready, but the staff was amazing! They were nice and placed everything in my vehicle for me. Also, the pies were delicious! They are doing it right and are a welcomed addition to Milford.

Horrible experience. Ordered curbside pickup that was supposed to be ready at 6:06. I arrived and called at 6:06 to let them know I was there, there was no mention of possible delays. I wait 20min while watching people coming in and out with their orders. I finally go in to find out my order has been sitting in the “warmer”. I tried to find out how long it had been sitting there but all I got back from the employee was “sorry about that” and he walked back into the kitchen. 0 customer service at this location, I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered a delivery from this location and it arrived over an hour late, when I called after about 50 minutes of waiting to see if the pizza was on its way I was greeted with attitude from the staff telling me “yeah it’s on its way it’ll be there“ when the pizza finally arrived the box was falling apart soaked with grease and absolutely disgusting when I went to pick up a slice my fingers completely went through the pizza it had The consistency of applesauce. I then brought the pizza back up to the restaurant to request a refund, and that is usually not what I do, so I was trying to be really nice about it and still receive more attitude from the staff like I was being such an inconvenience to their night. One star. Ridiculous.

Usually when I order from this location and get my pizza it’s pretty good. Last week I called in an order and when we arrived for pick up, they lost our order. This is the second time it’s happened here and it’s frustrating! I’ll just order from someplace else where they’re more competent!

Love the food, but they absolutely NEVER follow the instructions. We keep ordering because there is no other HH delivery to my location, but they will put tomatoes on anything you order, regardless of how many times you BEG them not to. Over and over.
