May 23rd at 9:20 I went in to get a pizza and observed a guy named Michael making pizza and wings without gloves and the woman there was making pizzas wiping her nose on her hand no gloves! Lil Ceasers you want to keep your employees safe tell them to wear gloves because if I go in there again and see it I’ll post the damn video I took of them nasty mfs making peoples food and sue y’all. Absolutely unacceptable!

Breadsticks we just picked up were hard as a rock and inedible in one bag. The second bag was smashed together with hardly any seasoning on them. There was hardly any sauce on the pizza. This is my favorite fast food and it has become disappointing.

Ordered and 10 minutes later they told me they still had to make the cheesy bread dough. When I complained, they magically found one in the hot and ready. I KNEW it was going to be tough and I was right. The guy serving me reeked of Marijuana. Use to be a great place but now….I like the convenience but even that is not worth it. Will NEVER go back.

I’ve gotten pizza here many times and every single time it has been terrible. The employees do not care. The Pizza is undercooked every single time. It has never tasted good from this specific little Ceasars. Do yourself a favor and go to pizza al’s literally right next door.

I ordered 2 different pizzas. A stuff crust which came out great and then a deep dish. The deep dish was not throughly baked. The pizza was completely uncooked dough with toppings. I tried to call the store to let them know, that our pizza was not edible but after 4 tries and only getting the answering machine I gave up.

Always good for okay pizza but time is sometimes an issue. Order ahead of time! It’ll save everyone the headache. Honestly I don’t think the nice employees are paid enough. Give these people a raise! And better resources.

This is honestly my last choice among the many Little Caesar locations in Morgantown. Most of the employees don’t care if they make a quality pizza. I’ve gotten Italian cheese bread that had only a few pieces with cheese on it, most of the pizzas we’ve gotten from them appear to have been prepared with the employees eyes closed. My last visit I watched an employee sit in a car right in front of the store during their shift, with their uniform on, while smoking weed. On many occasions at least one of the employees seemed to be under the influence of other illicit substances. We have encountered a few employees who appeared to actually care about the job. We do still buy pizza from the location due to convenience, but I much prefer the suncrest town center location, their pies often look like an advertisement and most employees seem more pleasant.

Staff was super friendly and working in a store with NO AC!!! We asked one of the employees what the temp was in the store…99 DEGREES!!! These poor workers already notified management, but NOTHING was done. I was sweating just waiting in the store for my order. I can’t imagine working an entire shift. Wonderful workers, terrible management!

Hot, yes. Ready, never. Only come here when I need pizza and have not a lot to spend, but every experience I have with this place is just terrible. I come in asking for a pizza, “Hot n’ Ready” and I have never gotten my food and left that store within 20 minutes of paying. Definitely misrepresented with advertising as in the last 5 times I have come into this store it’s taken me just as long to get my food than if I went to any restaurant. Would advise against this place if you really are trying to get food in a hurry. You will wait.
