Great authentic little Mexican joint. The wife and I were staying in Green Mountain Falls and stopped in because of all the good reviews. We were not disappointed! The staff were very friendly and our burritos….. really good! We will be back!

Sadly, the Skinny Taco is no longer here. Replaced by The Mad Hatter Saloon, which is more “biker bar” and not quite what we were hoping for. The food was okay.

Love this place. The food is always good and the people are so friendly. Just left for breakfast and had a breakfast sandwich which was great and my husband’s French toast was the best restaurant French toast we’ve ever had. If you’re in the area, I recommend giving Bust Colorado a try.

Extremely disappointed with the service and absolute terrible attitude and complete disrespect from the owner. I typically get my burritos to go but I had a group of friends so we decided to dine in.. BAD CHOICE. Not only did he mess up one of my guests plates and bring exactly what she asked to not have(rice and beans) but the waiter took 10 minutes to get 3 waters and a glass of milk, did not ask how food was or offer refills once. Then did not provide receipt but I thought it seemed to have been more than menu had listed. When I asked him he said I asked for extra salsa. Uhh what? I had pointed at the menu and said I wanted the chorizo burrito that was clearly $6.50 when ordering. After going back and forth with him saying I hadn’t requested that he grabbed the $2 and SLAMMED it on the counter and began angrily speaking in Spanish saying who knows what. I have never in my life been so disrespected as a consumer. Never going back which is sad since every time I go I’m the ONLY one there. Probably why…
