I placed online family meal online at 615 got there to pick up at 635 and was told it would be a 20 min wait. After 20 min went back in and was told it would be another 11 mins. Waited again. Went back in and still waited another 15 before I got my food. The gravy for mashed potatoes was only halfway filled with a big container of mashed pot. Make it make since. I hope this review will help them do better to serve the community. Or if the order won’t be ready by the pick up time then send them a message or call with the eta.

My husband and I stopped today around 11:30 I asked for a white meat chicken box with mac n cheese. I got leg and thigh with mashed potatoes. I asked for sweet tea and they were out of sweet tea, the lady at the window was rude. Do better

I come up there for a 10 piece original meal at 8:00 of last week Thursday night Atari says I’m sorry I cant do that, I asked y? she said “it don’t matter I’m not even going to do that with you” I could have been a mystery shopper or even a big wig for all she knew (I’ve worked there I know how long and what it takes to make a batch) it was laziness! then I come up there today 5/25 Kaitlyn is the mgr on shift and I ordered a 2 piece snack for my son and a 4 piece WW2with an extra side for me and my daughter. I get home (20 minutes away) and see I’ve got one piece of chicken n a biscuit in one box and 2 pieces in another no biscuit but both sides. I call and Kaitlyn tells me I can drive all the way back for ONE piece of chicken. (I have receipts for both) then says or I’ll put u in the book for a piece of chicken. She didn’t like me while I was there, so I know she knew what she was doing. I feel sorry for y’all.

The KFC in Macclenny, FL is often out of something, so have a backup plan. The drive through staff sometimes isn’t very friendly, but the inside staff is usually awesome! The new french fries that replaced the traditional potato logs are crispy deliciousness! Order one large for everyone.

Have ate at this KFC since 1988. Always loved the service and food, however may it be the new chicken establishment in town or not, the chicken tonight looked almost as small as chicks. Spent $40 on one bucket of chicken (16 pieces and biscuits) but would have to say it only amounted to 8 pieces. Wings were the same size as the legs and thighs. Every place has its ups and down so hopefully just a bad night. Would go back because the staff are outstanding and friendly with quick service.

Made a mobile order, when I arrived to pick it up they said they were only taking cash and only had chicken. When I said I’d made a mobile order they lied and said they didn’t get it. When I called them out on it they admitted to lying and said that I’d just have to try and get a refund. This is the second time they’ve been put out if most food. At a restaurant. Don’t come here, it’s the worst fast food place in macclenny.
